Some folks (via PM) are asking for updates from the court proceedings. My wife checks PACER almost everyday and if new (non housekeeping) filings are found they are posted here. Look back under my moniker and you will find them. Also, the Skunk posts these as well and with his blog format it is easier to obtain both newer and older filings.

People are asking my assessment of the proceedings. The proceedings involve more than just the legal arena, but, that is where the important action is now. My response could be very detailed and complicated -- boiled down -- at this point we are doing well and I am hopeful that sometime next year the wait, the pain, the frustration, even anger will be at an end.
