All wrong. So far the company did not announce anything of that for the public. All speculation for now.

The last financials still did not show any profit. I think it was to hide from MMG because they were negotiating at the time, but, that is another matter.

Fact is that so far officially there are no revenues, contracts, whatever.

Dilution yes, I am 100% sure.
