I don't even care about others think. I trade penny stocks for a living since over 20 years, and, I know very well how to identify diltuion.

I called dilution here even before the filing saying that 75M shares were issued to pay $3750.

Go read my past posts here to verify what I am saying.

Also, lots of people here on IHUB know that I only need my streamer to recognise that a stock is under dilution.

I am not saying that 2.5B shares are hitting the market, because only Jason knows what is happening with that note, but, I am saying that dilution is happening here every single day since many months. I am 100% sure of this.

I would love to see it stopping, so LDSR would be able to run very easily. Jason needs to resolve this problem, because it is killing the potential of the stock.

Without the dilution, LDSR would be already somewhere between .10 and .25.
