George Sharp has announced that he will be going to court to take control of CCTL and PLFM. They're both in Nevada, my assumption is that he will be going the Custodian route. Are there other methods? I don't actually know.

I have informed Bill Schaefer and attorney Vic Devlaeminck that I am filing court documents seeking to take control of the Boards of Directors of both $CCTL and $PLFM. It is my opinion that Mr. Schaefer is not acting in the best interests of the shareholders, of which I am one.
