I agree it is more important for background and making the big deal more solid in peoples minds. More of a photo op for Modi . It definitely does not hurt to have our company involved there and get a few pictures though :)
Keep in mind our financing goals can be a moving target as well. ImpactPPA is trying to raise cash in a token offering. One or both companies can also sell stock, or even get traditional financing through partners that can make things happen as well. My guess probably a combination of a few or all of these things in the end.
Remember with WSTI this is a play on multiples, and still high risk until news so invest only what you can afford to lose, knowing that even a small amount can go far if things unfold as we hope.
I think the pieces are all there now, and the recent rebound in crypto is one thing that really helps as well. Like Notsonew mentioned, timing might be a little longer than people think, or it could be next week ,we just do not know..
