Anyone that follows ACAN should be very pleased with the press release out this morning that reported ACAN has raised another $3,800,000 in equity at $3 a share all from existing ACAN shareholders that know the cannabis business and ACAN very well.

This brings them to about $5 Million total in the last month in fresh cash raised in all equity financings from seasoned investors.

And all will be used to build the first phase at the ACAN mega Massachusetts Medical Cannabis Center (MMCC) cannabis production plant 47 miles from Boston approved for 1 Million SF of greenhouses.

ACAN only has 20 Million shares out and a market value a fraction of most cannabis companies. $ACAN

The publicity associated with the groundbreaking on this high profile highly anticipated project will be significant, IMO.

Looks like a very exciting summer and fall for ACAN shareholders, IMO.
