THE COMPANY DID NOT DILLUTE THE FLOAT PRIOR TO THE REVERSE SPLIT!
DO THE MATH AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED THAT HAVE NOT EVEN COMPLETED AND OR DONE A RAISE!

Last year the company reversed merged into a shell that had been dormant for many years

They did not complete a reverse split at that time which would have cleaned out any old shareholders from the previous company. (This is when in my opinion they should have completed a reverse)

That float at that time had to have been in the high millions. They company instead paid a dividend to shareholders upon changing their business plan to a technology driven holdings company.

This in addition increased the float. And if my memory serves me right we had confirmations by both isrealpro and others that the float was 60,000,000 prior to the float! WHERE IS THE DUMPING OR DILLUTION?

The stock has been manipulated by either past shareholders who you can find as offshore interests that had invested in or done financing with the prior shell company that is now defunct.
