Here's a thought to push the envelope..FactorX owns 16.67% Series C preferreds..same as Manley..Gwyther 33% Series C...and Shebanow's Factor X frontman Twaddell holding didnt appear in financials until after Nipton...DD reveals Sheb quite the penny player...How instrumental was Sheb in formulating initial Nipton scheme? Did he just reconnect with his 2004 Sunncomm pal Pete and then put SS to work..??..imaginative, but not necessarily far fetched...Oddly, it is interesting that Sheb's/Skye's/Pete's and Sean's social media DD indicates "planetary" photos/info connection..??
