Did Odidi increased his short knowing we are about to get to zero (new offering+RS) ?

Is it or not a very smart plan from his point of view ?

Who else could be wiling to put the bet at that particular juncture ?? (historical lows, new big shareholder, a required vote the object of which still secret, etc)
