NITE is a short MM. You can always find NITE on the BID and ASK trading to itself to manipulate the price. When retail pressure increases NITE has to cover, when retail buying lulls, NITE sell to itself (and some retail) on the bid.

So yes this is a form of shorting. RETAIL CAN NOT SHORT HOWEVER INSTITUTIONS LIKE NITE CAN.

See it every day on L2 in the OTC. NITE IS A SHORT. PERIOD.

So yes you are right. Can't believe people believe that OTC can't be shorted.
