No, Chill was not lifted. CEO apparently is afraid or cannot send the info because he may be proven a liar.

Feel free to post or link the notice from the DTCC that the chill was lifted. apparently the CEO is refusing to do that, yet leading investors on with no proof that the CHILL was lifted. He probably doesn't even know what a deposit chill is.
