Mir is not being paid currently. He is being "compensated on an accrual basis".

Meaning that Mir will have a claim for every month of accrued pay as long as he sits in the CEO's seat.

He obviously is not working. There is no capital to do anything. But he will claim that income when he finally gets ousted. The company is a hostage.


And no self respecting investor will provide capital to CTTC as long as Mir is there.
