Another CONFIRMED REPORT that there is 100% FOR CERTAIN a "corporate action" (thus the caveat emptor being NORMAL) for what WAS $FRFS and is now GIFA INC...and it's just a matter of time before it makes the FINRA DAILY LIST and then the OTC "stuff" gets cleaned up and we get new financial reports and GIFA can issue PR IN THEIR NAME, etc

The new CUSIP NUMBER IS A HUGE, HUGE confirmation. EVERY FINRA DAILY LIST reverse merger/name and symbol change comes with a NEW CUSIP NUMBER being assigned statement attached.

WHY?

Because the new CUSIP number is used to show WHAT BUSINESS SEGMENT GIFA INC is in (not $FRFS and selling school stuff or whatever) and it makes a unique world recognized tracking/identifier that is like a social security number, but for corporations. CUSIP numbers do NOT get changed will nilly- this has to be attorney William Aul in the background again IMO, doing ALL THE STEPS, putting ALL THE LEGAL DUCKS IN A ROW, to complete this reverse merger "BUY THE BOOK" and to the letter of the law..

That new CUSIP number, my guess, says GIFA INC and that they are a FINANCIAL SERVICES company or whatever category the CUSIP American Bankers Associations feels they best fit. Again, NOT OLD $FRFS which was "Educational services" or whatever the H it was.

ONE MORE STEP IS DONE....NEW CUSIP NUMBER is completed and READY TO ROCK...and a major brokerage house can "SEE IT" in their own back-end computer systems...the "CORPORATE ACTIONS" department....VERY NICE..hell yeah.....
