There's no telling what the OS will be on this FRAUD after the MASSIVE 1 for 2500 REVERSE SPLIT happens because the OS hasn't been updated (what a SHOCK!!) for over TWO years.

It will probably fall around 4-5 million--for about a week then the DILUTION will be on once again. And...a RS does not effect the AS,my guess is it will set right at 12B so they don't have to file any new paperwork to DILUTE the hell out of this SHAM to make those convertible preferred shares pay off BIG time.

This is just another CON similar to the Oak River Technology SCAM. Eddie hides behind the curtain and others pretend this crap is going to to da moon with fancy pictures on a web site and big BOGUS promises. Shucks,probably won't be a "meet and FLEECE" at the strip mall like Oak River but the BS will fly just as fast and hard.

Look for even MORE peeps to suddenly be talking up the wonder of this this Company (just like the Oak River debacle),and look as to when they signed up.
