I called the OTC yesterday after talking to the transfer agent continental stock, Continental told me they weren’t the TA anymore- anyone can call themselves to check- so when I called OTC markets they told me continental are the ones who send them the verified share count every time it’s updated. This is after the DTC chill happened- some kind of corporate action verified by the screen shot I posted yesterday from TDA and the phone calls made to E*TRADE by myself and wrenchman ...so what do we know for sure?

Corporate Action is HAPPENING evident by the DTC CHILL

OS hasn’t changed

Good chance TA is changing

Why change the TA? Usually attorneys like to use a specific TA when handling business for a company as I was informed by a friend.

The company filed a form 15 several years ago so they don’t have to update any fins, filings etc.... so why all the hustle?

Looking more and more like an awakening to me.

-Changing TA- most likely due to attorney preference
-DTC chill due to security activity
-Updated OS daily- OS only 20% of AS
-PRs stating a partnership between AgriMed and UNVC
-Dr Dalton appointed to board of AgriMed

Could be REVERSE MERGER, CURRENT STATUS, CONTROL BLOCK SHIFT etc......

Regardless of WHAT is happening it’s ALL positive- factor in all the other outstanding DD here like the multi state locations, other businesses owned, transdermal patch launch and you have a multitude of catalysts for UNVC that are all positive.....

Oh yeah! And the cleanest L2 I’ve seen in a LONG TIME with NO evidence of dilution.....
