FINRA is getting all of their answers. Remember my #1 goal,,,and that is to get ACCR off the greys. From what I am understanding....the talks to file the 211 are between FINRA and it's member the MM. Then, the ISSUER NOTIFICATION FORM is between Finra and I. NO WONDER....things are impossible to communicate...the system does not believe in 3 way commuincation. That is why it is IMPERATIVE that I deliver all information to my SPONSORING MARKET MAKER with utmost urgency, clarity, and execution.

Nowhere in the CHINESE WALL of communications is there a 3 way conference call between myself, the MM, and FINRA. It does not work like that. I am learning all of this for the first time. I am telling you.....there is alot of work to be done. FINRA wants a lot of information...and I have it all. There is no dispute whatsoever.
