GOOD NEWS: The State of Michigan received my paperwork finally and cashed my check to process my merger documents in Michigan. In the FINRA process, they asked for State of Michigan documents to show the merger between my Hunter Venture LLC and Access-Power, Inc. The State of MI clerk said that I had to send in a check for $160.00 - $100 for the merger and $60 for the registration of Access-Power, Inc. to do business in Michigan as a foreign entity in 2018.

All these headaches and extra work for WHAT? I will tell you why....because I love this Corporation, and I have been a Shareholder as far back as 1998, and NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE will dispute my Presidency.

I have much to learn in life. I am so glad to wake up this morning. Do you realize how many people in this world did not wake up? ALOT. That is how many......many people did not even get the chance to wake up.......probably TENS OF THOUSANDS this morning experienced DEATH. DEATH is a reality in this world. We all die one day.....every single one of us will eventually experience DEATH....and ACCR was DEAD and now it is ALIVE!

ALIVE! I am bringing this Company back to life. You are with me or you are not with me. Plain and simple. I have a direct plan. My plan is to bring this Company to greatness again. I will sell this Company for $15,000,000 as I stated in SEC filings. I am not afraid to sell my controlling interest in my Company.

$15,000,000 divided by 244,144,121 shares = $.0614 cents per share.

I have thought about this very much.....This is probably where the price of the Company is headed. People will say.....how can there be valuation of $15,000,000 on a WORTHLESS PIECE OF JUNK THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD?

People will say, there is nothing there. People will try to steal this Company away from me. There is EVIL in this world, and GOD is strong in me. GOD is good, and GOD sometimes in life is very good. WHY did he pick me.....I don't know. I sinned in my lifetime. I never, and I mean NEVER have I killed anyone. YES! I have sinned, and broken a few laws....but not recently, and CERTAINLY NOT WITH MY ACCESS-POWER, INC SHAREHOLDERS nor my MARKET MAKER SPONSOR.

Yes, some will also say....this CEO is crazy. Why reward a crazy person? WHY? I don't know why. I do know this.....I worked very hard on this Company. I love the symbol....ACCR. I don't know. I started my website in 2012, and it was MY WEBSITE!!!!!
