Hi Dahmer,



I have a lot of work to do. FINRA most likely now has to approve the name change to show the DASH. EVERY SYSTEM has been changed to reflect the DASH except FINRA. I have changed the name on all systems. I think it is also funny how I spoke to 1 MARKET OPERATIONS GUY and he says no problem, I will change the name for you. I call back, speak to another MARKET OPERATIONS guy, and this 2nd guy starts raising his eyebrow, and next thing I now now I have to fill out a FINRA ISSUER NOTIFICATION FORM, which I did back on July 6, 7, and 9th I believe there are 3 forms with documentation. From there, they started asking about my Presidency in 2012. I have all documentation, and I followed the letter of the law.

I am working very hard, juggling a family, work....not to mention my neck issues. I went to a Spine Specialist yesterday in Kalamazoo. He could not even look at me in the eye, looked up to his PA, and said, "I guess we could do a 2 or 3 vertebrae fusion."

These Dr's all they want is a $50,000 surgery bill. The man said the procedure would go through the front (anterior), he would move the esophagus to the side, and then put a scalpel and remove some bad bone spurs, take out my 2 DISKS....spread them up a bit....put in a new disk, and fuse it with bone? Something like that......which I then just about died laughing in side when the Spine Specialist at the end said, "By the way, there could be 1 disadvantage to the surgery...."

Again, I am employed by Access-Power, Inc. and I am the only employee, and while yes....I am please to see the price appreciate since my initial filing on 6/13 - there are no BIDS. Why would anyone buy my company shares today is beyond comprehension. I stated in SEC filings that we only have about $100 in the checking account.

2. I will be in a head/neck brace for 3 months.

These Dr's are absolutely CRAZIER THAN I AM!!!!!! And I admit that I am crazy....but this guy is a JOKE!

1. SEC - Done
2. Cusip - Done
3. OTC Markets - Done
4. State of Florida - Done
5. FINRA - awaiting final approval
