Those are the companies it's probably wise to invest in. With Amazon's success as "the most customer-centric company in the world", you would think other companies (like PIOE/RCP) would see the wisdom of that. But they don't. I have emailed "[e-mail]" several times and have gotten a satisfactory reply from his office every time.

I just received a double shipment of an order from the Orvis clothes company. I sent the second shipment back. They charged me a 10% restocking fee and a $7 shipping fee. Guess who won't be buying from Orvis again. It's not about the money. It's about dissing the customer/shareholder.
