If one would say “ I think that mexus has bought a new mine” it’s a opinion. If I say “mexus has bought a new mine” I present it as a fact. That’s fake news. Even more if I mix it up with data from a 10k. That’s manipulation to mislead other investors. It diesn’t get much faker then that. Adding a fake receipt to that would only make it more criminal.
