That horse you heard it from doesn't know what he or she is talking about. There is no board of directors. I have been a shareholder of Leep since the '90s. Members of the BOD are elected by shareholders. Those put up for a vote are determined by a nomination committee. Not once have I had the opportunity to vote for members. If there was a BOD JN would have been fired by them by now.
