Don't know anything about the past. I am a new shareholder. But since this CEO has controlled this company, share price has plummeted from 1.26 dollars to .0012 today. During the dilution time he posted some aggressive news that have no legs. For exp. Posting news 2 years ago 2 million dollars buyback then diluting shares and increasing a/s is definitely not friendly. This behavior means making fun of investors. Most of the shareholders lost confidence. I hope he will change this situation. Some people still strongly believe him. I want to believe as well. Lets see if this is bottom.
