My wild ass speculation on the next MNTA update is paraphrased in the following: The strategic review is going to take a little longer cuz its really hard. M923 isn't worth quite as much as we anticipated because everybody who might be interested is either working on their own or doesn't want to wait five years. Our buddy Mylan isn't going to do us any favors cuz they know we're struggling a bit. So...since the share price is so good right now, we're going to announce a new offering even though we said we wouldn't need to.

Swapping woulds and wouldn'ts is all the rage.
