Trying to figure out how much money they got and so on and so on.. noise. Whats matters is they got the government contracts, that is proven in your post from the government portal. Start here with these facts, "There are two notes that have not matured. Notes totaling about 155K, are almost done converting. We are not planning to take anymore notes." this means revenues are good and will be good. Thats really easy to figure out IMO just by that company statements. Its very complicated to get a government contract, you must have a good product and you must go through the trench's for them to understand that, common sense. Another thing I've seen many times is more contracts always seem to follow, always!! WHY? simple

Nice job by the company on the 8k's, they clearly mean business and want clarity, which means don't get caught up in noise, the facts are here now.
I hope dilution is not done since I don't have a position but will nurse a hangover and get my shares first thing. Minimum 10k worth, government plays never failed me and this float, yousers. I bet some huge buyers, single buyers for 30 to 40 K arrive, this is way to low, its really evident to anyone with experience in these situations.
Well, to each their own, for me what a opportunity this low. I try and find quality, long positions where I just relax and wait for huge gains, IMO its right here now.
Pickle, as stated your post is of the utmost importance, its truly the backbone of this massive monster being built and can not, it will not or should not be disputed. It should be stickied in my humble opinion.
