HEME - some info to add which links the old HEME shell owner Henry Smith to the new group that reinstated the shell.

MediData Corporation has George Roth, Henry Smith, and Bruce Thomsen all listed as directors/officers

So MetiData Corp links Henry Smith to Bruce Thomsen and even James Shipley (through George Roth) which explains how Shipley ended up with the HEME shell. He probably acquired control from Henry Smith which is why there was no custodianship filing for the shell.
