I am sure they do, but they also know alot more than we do. If they know in due time this wont be an issue, why waste time and resources fighting it. Could be a good sign. Alternatively, few have gone up against MMs and the manipulation on the OTC and have had any impact. I prefer that if they were to try and combat it, they do it behind closed doors.
