IICP Files Form 8-K for Management Re-org

On October 18, 2006 (last Wednesday) IICP's CEO and CFO resigned and Phil's brother John Verges took over as CEO and President. Phil Rauch took over as CFO.

* Phil Verges
* Bruce Noller

John Verges is the Chief Executive Officer of NewMarket China, which the Registrant is in the process of acquiring as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

I like the idea that the successful management (John Verges) of old NewMarket China is leading new NewMarket China. I was afraid that Phil Verges was going to lead the company.

John, unlike brother Phil, actually graduated from a university. John has a B.S. in MIS and an MBA in Finance.
