Hornet, I found another foreign RM stock that just completed it's name and symbol change with FINRA. This is not an off topic promo for CAPD, just showing it as an example how foreign company's can and do RM into other shells like FRFS/GIFA.

On 4/30/18, the Company filed a Form 10 to becoe a reporting Company under the Exchange Act and on 5/2/18, Canna Powder Ltd entered into the definitive License Agreement and a separate Research Agreement with Yissum. As a result of the above, the Company is again deemed to be an operating company under the rules of the SEC. The Company has pending before FINRA an application to change the Company's name to CannaPowder Inc.
