TRTC has always been a story stock with "well maybe" speculative potential.

Problem is today there are MANY "story stocks" and TRTC had best right size it's financials for survival.

Finding willing buyers for TRTC paper (stock and notes) is getting harder and harder to continue TRTC story.

If operations are only fetching low multiples on revenues... well TRTC is going to have a hard time as it's NO bargain.
