War is hell.

The series of PRs XXII has issued have been brilliant.

Fire a warning shot, discredit your adversaries position, fire a warning shot, discredit your adversaries position and then with a long term decision looming by an outsider, offer an olive branch to sit down and negotiate a peace treaty. All the while, both sides knowing the Silver Bullet or Nuke is clearly on your side but controlled by that outsider who is hoping for a peaceful resolution.

As we wait for the outcome (and more civilians become casualties and/or increase chances of exposure to harms way) how much longer will the outsider wait?
