A person would have no problem buying 10 million. Buy all on the ask and when those are gone the ask will move higher, buy those, etc, etc. If a person believe he stock is going to .01 or higher buying at .002 or more shouldn't be a problem. If however you believe the stock is going lower buying at the ask would be a huge mistake.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
