IMO the only reason they haven't taken this private is for the insulating layer of liability defense a publicly traded corporation can provide. They rode shareholder money to an FDA approval, and to expand initial awareness so they could begin market penetration. Once they began to see revenues come in they began to milk it for all it was worth via pr's, reverse splits, and toxic financing. When they got it to the point that was obvious, and share sales began to dry up, they took it dark.
Now they have set their pay high, and are thus reaping the rewards of a product that should be selling well. I would be willing to bet that nearly all of the money received from product sales is being spent on "director" salary.
I never sold my shares, so I should be receiving the minimum correspondence from the company. We'll see....
Good luck to you, and all others!

just my opinions, of course!
Never argue with an idiot--they'll just drag you down to their level, and then beat you with experience!
