I think what's important right now is to give SEEK some time to see if:

A) SEEK will stay current on SEC and reporting
B) 2 companies here in question not just one
C) SG wants to make money (real money) he needs to move forward
D) Google, Hilton, and VRBO remain patient see if any announcements
E) Thedirectory.com be patient and see if new site comes up.

Major money deals with the likes of Google, Hilton, VRBO could take significant time (could be the reason for the delay) and patiently waiting for these announcements may pay off in due season.

These are my thoughts.
