Agreed. No bankruptcy. The SH will do all of the suffering through reverse splits and dilution. They can avoid bankrupcty that way. No debt, just dilute the SH net worth.

At some point though the rubber will have to meet the road. That may be 6 months or a year from now. If the business model is a total failure then nobody is going to buy the stock ... R/S or no R/S.
