Good question there.

ImpactPPA is a token not an ICO, I believe If I remember correctly a utility token and security token but the terms is sorta used interchangeably out there in crypto-land. The token offerings are registered under a securities exemption. To stay out of trouble you need to do things right and we have one of the best securities attorneys there is out there in crypto land. People even mention her in articles.

The problem currently is until the initial offering happens min investment on the US side is 10k, and I believe there might even be an accredited investor rule as well. Here is an article below on the differences between coins and tokens..

Differences between ICO coins and tokens etc

After the public raise is done the tokens will eventually trade so you can buy it on the open market in any quantity you want etc..

Often times to spread awareness coins and tokens do airdrops of small amount of coins to get people started. An airdrop is like a blimp dropping free dollars. Maybe if this all works out and the party happens Bates can work out an airdrop to investors.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
