Solar Energy To Complete 50:1 Reverse Split


Houston, TX -- (OTCBB NEWSWIRE) -- July 11, 2001, Yesterday' tremendous decline in Solar Energy Ltd (XSEL: .05) shares left many shareholders perplexed. As matter of fact, XSEL shareholders have questioned what has driven XSEL down from .145, only days ago to a low .03 yesterday.

The answer is 50 for 1 reverse split due to be implemented July 20. Solar Energy also plans to change symbols to SLRE.

The company has not issued a press release regarding the reverse split.

At 3:20 EST, XSEL is down another .03 (37.5%). However, there is a huge spread between bid and ask - .05 X .10. Volume is 163,900, exceeding its daily average.
