This banker/broker is associated with AST and is renowned for constructing clever filings such as this one which on surface looks very appealing to common shareholders as well as prospective ones.
altho it looks appealing it is purposely cleverly deceptive in a way to generate false hope and suck you further down while thinking ur getting a discount.
all should proceed with caution.
its possible a brief pump will follow and if it does - all would be wise to take whatever small money they can recover at that time and leave for good.
