I've observed that the intensity that Capnmike promotes CDEX on this message board is directly proportional to the degree of bad news about CDEX.

The more the stock promoters spam, the more troublesome the condition of the company.

Over half of the last 50 posts are advertisement by Capnmike and the PPS dropped two centavos.
