Apparently the bankers in Europe were unable to come to an agreement as to what the ships were valued at and HOW to transfer them to new ownership. After a certain amount all parties came to the conclusion that a transfer could not and would not take place.
There is no more PrimeStar.
There has also been a falling out of sorts between Network 1 and Turner management. As of today there is no signed agreement between Network 1 and Turner and that is why there is no more direct reference to Network 1 in any press release.
At this point the company is scrambling to come up with an alternative plan although funding is gone. They are in talks with other private entities but any deal with be very small at best. In the low 5 figures range. And how they come up with even that small amount of money is still a major concern.
That is the latest as of this juncture.
