Diverse holdings... six total...all at 100%. They don't want a piece of the pie, they want the whole effn thing..."LOVEIT"!!

Excellent mgmt team... company ready to be a gamer from the get-go!

Already has an ACMPR license...and at least three more in the late stage pipeline.

An eye opening "late to the party" player...for sure.

Worth doing some intensive DD and, at this point, a few overall positive objective assessments.
