Dear Access-Power, Inc Shareholders,

ACCR is not ready yet, and I am not ready either. I have a lot of work to do and finish with FINRA. They are sending me all this request for information...which is fine, it just means more work for me. I mean, I have to go dip up my old Corporate records from 2012.......i am not an attorney, and so i have to dig up old FL Statutes, and go back and forth with FINRA....aka DA POLICE.......which I do not mind, I have all my supporting documentation. I don't know....I am not a buyer and I am not a seller. I told you that SCHWAB restricted my account with 728,500 shares. I cannot place a sell order, and they must have some system to blackball a person, because I just tried to open an account at TD AMERITRADE, and was declined to open an account despite just having a small 1,400 position ACATs from TD AMERITRADE to SCHWAB...so the shares are transferable in DTC. THAT IS A FACT!!!!!

Here is what I think. I think this trade today 666 is a PAINTED TRADE. Look at it very carefully, it is representation of something BAD happening today. There are 2 people in this world of the BAD Things that happened to me. Only 2 people. And I do not sell ACCR stock, and I attest that ACCR will NOT ISSUE 1 SINGLE SHARE IN 2018.

NONE!!!!!! 244,121,144 * .54 * .001 = $131,825.00 MY NET WORTH IN ACCR STOCK.

I am control person in ACCR, and I am in charge and responsible for leadership in here. So, everyone here will benefit from ACCR trading except me. I just sit back and attest my SHARE STRUCTURE:

ps - If there is anyone out there would like to please help me.....I will be humble, and I will always promise to be 100% truthful and act with good decision making....at least with ACCR.....here no one can hurt me.
