but I am not sure the stock price will rally at all even if we get the dividend or anything at the moment. Not this year atleast, I personally hope it does not either - because I am buying and planning to reinvest the dividends.

I am very confident it will rally once cash dividends begin to be regularly paid. I know several retail/institutional investors who wouldn't touch the stock because of the lack of cash dividends and lack of a "floor". Now the cash dividend policy is out there, but people are skeptical whether it will be paid. The closer to Q4, the more confidence will build, especially when the ex-dividend is officially announced. Remember even retail investors can have millions of dollars worth of fire power. Most institutions will build at least >$10M positions. The stock is like market cap what? 10-15 mil? Try moving a million dollars into this stock. With recent dilution that would be difficult, without impossible..at least without significantly moving the price. And keep in mind these millions won't be moving in during sentiment as low as today. They'll likely try to be moving in after some catalyst like loan news etc. Most people don't understand just how quickly stocks can move. People should do a screen of stocks that have doubled or quadrupled just this year. It is probably more common than one thinks. Unfortunately shareholders understand this on the downside now, but I still believe many on this message board don't fully understand upside potential if/when things start getting accomplished (financing, ex-dividends, dilution ending, etc).
