Here is more. I cannot go into any further details. Kings Road does not have one share or warrant to convert and then to sell. They were not responsible for the selloff today, I can say that the specialist, may he rot in hell was to a good measure responsible by not taking a position in the late morning. The stock was somewhat overbought and as someone else posted, it had to settle back and then was exaggerated by the specialist's lack of action. Walrus
