On Friday last week I talked to a EPA type (ground water type studies) guy in Phoenix about another project I am interest in. I mentioned Excelsior, he had heard of the project but his firm was not involved with it. He looked up the appeal and after reading it over he opined that the appeal would not be upheld.

FWIW I am encouraged, maybe 8/1 will slip to 10/1 or sometime in September.
