$MAGP: JD.com will Spinoff JD-Logistics division.... hence $MAGP buyout

Its becoming more and more obvious that that is what is going to happen.

JD.com just recently spunoff JD-Finance as well.

More funding has been going into bolstering up the JD Logistics division
and has been weighing down JD.com earnings.

In order for JD Logistics to build its stable, they will look to taking
on companies like $MAGP that offer cutting edge technology to build
that business.

That is the main reason why JD.com has struck a partnership with $MAGP.
Should be more clearer than ever now that $MAGP will get bought out
by JD.com either before or after the spinoff of JD-Logistics.

This $0.02/sh price is a Ridiculous steal before any of that happens.
Insiders will benefit greatly as $MAGP will operate as a subsidiary
under JD-Logistics so their shares will get bought out and they
will get compensated with new JD-Logistcs options.

Both Alibaba and JD.com are in a race to continue to drive operational efficiencies in their logistics operations and also push down these costs. Alibaba also investing heavily in this Capital Expenditure spend because thats what will help drive profit margins higher.

Typically.... $1 savings made on the bottomline is equivalent to (on average) $6-8 topline growth.

Makes complete sense what JD.com is doing and hence their interest
in developing this partnership with $MAGP

JD.com is also looking to make forays into the US Market as well and
partnering with Walmart is a big part of that strategy.

I will continue to accumulate these shares at these levels.
There is a Certain payday in the future here and $MAGP will be
acquired by JD.com
