My take on “clean coal” and its advancement.

Coal was discovered too early IMO.
Back then, about all they knew was that it generated heat. So we stuck with it, and now coal is considered old and dirty.

If coal were discovered today. Our now-developed labs would dissect it and learn, it does much more than just burn.

It would be the next big thing $$

There is no doubt in my mind. That if discovered today. Coal would be here to stay.

Imagine being fortunate enough to discover a new material.
How foolish would it be to stop exploring its properties with “Look y’all - It burns!!”

Imagine the possibilities missed
