these people dont know, they just trying to hype. They been saying .05, pennyland, this thing is going to fly here and there and all this time but we still not going to go anywhere near .001. If USMJ cant be the McDonald of Marijuana or Sun Maid grower of Marijuana or be the next Amazon of Marijuana like how they been talking so big then i can guarantee you, you will never see this thing floats at .001. This is reality im talking about and results matter, not big words. Though i can already guarantee anyone here that they will never be the McDonald, Sun Maid grower, or Amazon of marijuana. It's all just fluff PR News like always. Dont forget, we still waiting on those "Acquisition" in Canada if there is ever an "Acquisition" to begin with. The Spinoff they are talking about is different then an "Acquisition" and should not be consider as the same meaning.

a spinoff is the creation of an independent company through the sale or distribution of new shares of an existing business or division of a parent company. A spinoff is a type of divestiture.

Business acquisition is the process of acquiring a company to build on strengths or weaknesses of the acquiring company. A merger is similar to an acquisition but refers more strictly to combining all of the interests of both companies into a stronger single company

We also have this other kind of Acquisition

In a stock acquisition, a buyer acquires a target company’s stock directly from the selling shareholders. With a stock sale, the buyer is assuming ownership of both assets and liabilities – including potential liabilities from past actions of the business. The buyer is merely stepping into the shoes of the previous owner and the business continues on. Compare this to the other method of acquisitions, an asset deal.

After the closing of the Stock Purchase Agreement, the target will continue as it existed prior to the acquisition with respect to its ownership of asset and liabilities.
