OTCM companies that file a Form 15 are all share selling schemes - real companies don't "go dark".

Trading in BMXC will continue as before. Deregistered is meaningless. Tons of companies trade on the OTC with 'unregistered' shares...Just means they won't HAVE to report.

That is complete nonsense - it also means that the insider "Jonathan" doesn't have to file a Form 4 when he dumped as he did Friday along with JSJ.

Bemax doesn't have to report any legal proceedings such as the JSJ lawsuit or settlement. Bemax can give away the "house" without informing the shareholders.

Filing a Form 15 means the company is a scam.
