No update as of yet. I would think they are extending the closing date due to the demo for Gravitas Securities was just created and posted on July 13th (on their website). Keep in mind that those placements are only for Canadian Investors trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under LNB as well as this stipulation that was in the filing, "All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws."
