Based on how long OTC stop has been up I can't argue with your statement. It's getting old checking for updated financials and not finding any.

Either the company can't get their head out of their a$$, is trying to delay bad figures, or is waiting to show profits from last years PR'd contracts to run the PPS.

I'm hoping for the latter scenario but suspect the first.
